Chiropractic Graston Technique
Graston technique is one of many manual therapy approaches that uses instruments with a form of scraping of the skin.
The goal of this scraping is to break down fascial adhesions that are usually associated with some type of trauma or possibly a muscle that has been stuck in a chronic overactive state (poor posture). The main benefit of the Chiropractic Graston technique may be its neuromuscular effect on the targeted tissues.
